Give yourself a limit
Staying up all night rarely leads to a better sexual experience. In contrast, you are more likely to suffer negative effects such as paranoia, exhaustion and dehydration. Setting a time limit helps keep the Party & Play date fun. If you spend less time exhausting your body and mind, you also suffer less from the comedown or craving afterwards.
Set a time for yourself in advance. For example, a maximum of 8 hours on a sex date or never skipping more than one night.
Inform your sexual partner(s) of this limit ahead of time.
Set an alarm on your phone to remind you of your resolution.
Ask a friend to call or text you as a backup.
